a. Photos: When you upload a photo, it is sent directly to Google Gemini API for image analysis.

Seely does not store, retain, or reuse your photos. Processing is transient and used only to identify

similar products.

b. Location Data: Seely requires access to your device’s location data to provide accurate and

personalized store recommendations. Location access is requested with your consent but is

necessary for the core functionality of the App.

c. Usage Data: We may collect anonymous technical information such as device type, operating

system, app version, and interaction logs to improve user experience.
